The ARRL CAC met recently to clarify some things in the contest rules. Other contests had ruled on the CW Skimmer issue,  the ARRL being the last to rule on it. As did the CQ contest folks, the ARRL has okay’d the CW Skimmer and other “multi-channel decoders” for Multi-operator and the Single-Operator Assisted category [...]
