K5D operation

The K5D operation for the most part has been a smooth operation, on-air wise. The pileups have seemed to be orderly, the operators seem to be competent operators.

There have been some questions about their 40m SSB operations, but you have to stop and think, they are in Region 2 and as thus have to follow the region 2 band plans, especially regarding QRM from SW stations.

All-in-all I think the ops have done a fine job. Many people are working them on multiple bands and this ought to quiet down the need for this one for a few years.
